Synopsis[]

Shocker sets up a training camp in a village in the mountains. The monster Sea Snake Man who was trained at the camp uses the sight-warping Prism Eye to execute victims.

Plot[]

A policeman who escaped from Shocker's clutches at Okuyama Village flags down a truck driving along the road to catch a ride to the nearest telephone. However, Sea Snake Man uses his Prism Eye to warp the scenery around the truck to prevent them from going any further. This makes the two truck drivers drive through a tunnel twice and almost crash into a wall that wasn't there before. The policeman and truck drivers, upon exiting the vehicle, gets vaporized. Sea Snake Man now remotely controlling the truck, drives it to a nearby city, leaving citizens shocked that there are no individuals driving the truck. The next morning, Goro Ishikura recounts their strange experiences the night before with the radio repeating nonsense words. Takeshi Hongo, determined that it was saying Shocker backwards and that it must have been a secret message that Goro had heard. Tobee Tachibana then pulls out a newspaper article that detailed of a mysterious driver-less truck going down Route 246 at full speed, which reminded him that he sent out Kazuya Taki to go to Route 246 to survey a motocross course for Tachibana. The scene now showing Taki riding a helicopter, sees through his binoculars a village with inhabitants attempting to signal for help. Jigoku Taishi, seeing through their surveillance that Taki is landing the helicopter, sends out Sea Snake Man to show off his power. Taki begins to be surrounded by Shocker Combatmen in which he is forced to fight while protecting the civilians. This leaves him open to Sea Snake Man's Prism Eye, which renders Taki confused and helpless. Sea Snake Man then uses his Prism Eye to send the helicopter Taki flew back to home base which confused Takeshi who was attempting to find the whereabouts of Taki. As he heads off to the village near Route 246, he gets ambushed by Shocker Combatmen and Sea Snake Man. Takeshi transforms and attempts to extract the location of the secret Shocker Training Camp, but Sea Snake Man quickly overpowers Takeshi and throws him down a waterfall. Miraculously, Takeshi survives the plunge and begins searching the village for Taki's whereabouts. Not long after, he finds Taki's notebook in front of a cave in which he enters to find Taki and all the villagers who had been hit by the Prism Eye crawling around blindly. Takeshi leads the group out of the cave by having everyone hold hands and ignoring the nightmarish visions that their eyes have been tricked with. As they exit the cave, Takeshi realizes that Shocker must have a device controlling their scenery illusions and rushes off to destroy it. Before long, Takeshi gets hit by the Prism Eye and gets captured by Shocker. Now in the underground Shocker Base, Jigoku Taishi and Sea Snake Man attempt to kill Takeshi, but he quickly escapes from his chains and transforms. While battling in the Shocker Base, Takeshi manages to destroy the Prism Eye device. Leading the fight over a nearby waterfall, Takeshi soon Rider Kicks Sea Snake Man which frees the villages from Shocker's clutches.
