Captain Risa Fukami (深海 理沙, Fukami Risa) of the JGSDF's GA division, was assigned to the G3 Unit.
History[]
During a dinner date with the G3 Unit, she offered plenty of drinks on the house to Omuro, which resulted in him getting drunk. After dragging him all the way to the truck, she asks the drunk Omuro for the password, thus allowing her to copy the data from Ozawa's computer relating to the G4. Once she got what she needed, she quits the G3 Unit and creates the G4 suit, intent on perfecting it so it can be mass-produced.
Months after, she arrived with Shiro Mizuki, the user of G4, ultimately having gained the ire of Ozawa, who attempted to punch her, only for Risa to block it, jokingly declaring to Ozawa that she'd treat them to a grilled meat date for the next time.
At nighttime, she later encountered Sayaka and Rei and attempted to generously persuade to come with her on the fallacy that she wouldn't let anything bad happen to them. As Sayaka doubted her, Risa replied that individuals with power like her could no longer live as normally. Just as Mana arrived to their aid, Risa had her men kidnap her instead.
While Mana was being subjected by the facility, she ended up joining in on the conversation of Shiro and Hikawa, declaring the power that the G4 System had. Suddenly, the Ant Lords appeared and invaded the facility, ambushing all the men in there, with Risa cowardly using a couple of her men as shields against the Unknown before getting knocked out for a moment. As she awakened, Risa ended up in huge disbelief of how the G4 System could be surpassed by someone fighting as himself. Unfortunately for her, a few Formica Pedes show up and, surrounded with no means of escaping, Risa ended up being mauled to death by them while her creation was destroyed. Personality[]
Risa is sadistic, manipulating and arrogant, willing to do whatever it takes to claim power, even at the expense of human lives. She concealed her ego behind a veil of nationalism, claiming she wanted G4’s power to defend Japan but this is partly a lie as she simply wanted a weapon that can surpass all others in the world.
As she attained G4 and began mobilization of it with Mana attached to the prediction system, her arrogance became near insanity claiming G4 was an invincible almost god-like tool, only to be done in by hubris when her fixation on the armor in battle left her vulnerable to attack, leaving her a weak, helpless and frightened victim of the Unknowns in her final moments.
