Notes[]
- This episode aired two days before the first anniversary of the airing of the very first episode.
- The opening and ending sequence are updated to reflect the return of Hongo in place of Ichimonji as well as Hongo's new suit. The monster gallery, appearing in the opening narration as well as fighting Kamen Rider in the ending sequence, now consists of Todoguiler, Dokumonde, Namekujira, Isoguinchack, Gilliera, and Kamestone.
- This episode is the source of the old photograph, which would be recovered by an older Takeshi Hongo, of himself and Tobee Tachibana in the film Kamen Rider 1 (2016). As Takeshi and Tachibana were presumed to have been alone in that scene, it is unclear who would have taken the photo from an in-universe standpoint.
- This episode was retroactively retold in Kamen Rider: Beyond Generations where Takeshi fought alone against Jaguarman and his Shocker Combatmen and unvieling his New 1 suit.
